Question 3

Can I have more than one Sobat 500 account?

Accepted Answer

No. Each individual is only permitted one active account at Sobat 500. This includes accounts registered under different phone numbers, email addresses, or names by the same person. Accepted Answer

Usernames cannot be changed after registration. The phone number linked to your account can be updated through your account settings, but the process requires identity verification to ensure your security. Question 5

What should I do if I forget my account password?

Accepted Answer

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the Log In. Enter your registered Malaysian phone number and we will send an OTP code via SMS. If you do not receive the OTP within 2 minutes or encounter any other issue, contact the Sobat 500 support team via live chat.

Question 6

What do I need to prepare for identity verification (KYC)?

Accepted Answer

KYC verification is typically required during your first withdrawal or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold. You will need to submit clear, unblurred photos of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — both front and back. The images must clearly show your full name, IC number, and date of birth. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours on business days. Once KYC is done, future withdrawals will be processed faster.

If you have set a deposit limit through your Responsible Gaming settings, your personal limit will apply and cannot be exceeded until the limit period expires.

Question 9

Accepted Answer

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Boost are typically credited within 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Deposits via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) may take up to 5 to 10 minutes depending on the bank's system response time. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact the Sobat 500 support team via live chat with proof of your transaction (screenshot or reference number) and we will look into it.

Question 10

How do I withdraw my winnings from my Sobat 500 account?

Accepted Answer

Log in to your account, go to the "Withdrawal" section in your dashboard, enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum RM 50), select your receiving method, and confirm your details. Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for your original deposit. Most withdrawals are completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your first withdrawal will require KYC verification, which may take up to 24 hours. Make sure all bonus rollover requirements have been met before submitting a withdrawal.

Question 11

Are there any fees for deposits or withdrawals?

Accepted Answer

Sobat 500 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges depending on your account plan — this is outside of Sobat 500's control. For withdrawals that require manual processing or fall outside regular operating hours, processing times may be slightly longer, but no additional fees will be charged on our end.

Question 12

Why has my withdrawal been declined or delayed?

Accepted Answer

A withdrawal may be declined or delayed for several reasons: (1) Bonus rollover requirements have not been met – check the bonus section in your account. (2) KYC verification is incomplete – submit the required documents. (3) The recipient account details do not match the information on your Sobat 500 account. (4) A security review is in progress and requires additional time. Contact our support team via live chat for a specific update on your withdrawal status and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I claim my welcome bonus after registering?

Accepted Answer

The Sobat 500 welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after your first qualifying deposit. No special code is required unless stated in the current promotion's terms. You can deposit via any supported method – Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, or FPX. The bonus amount is based on your deposit and can go up to RM 500. Check the Promotions for full terms and the latest bonus values.

Question 14

What are rollover requirements and how do I calculate them?

Accepted Answer

Rollover is the wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you need to place a total of RM 1,000 in bets using those bonus funds before you can withdraw. Your completed rollover progress can be checked in the Bonus section of your account. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type. Check the Promotions for the specific terms of each offer.

Question 15

What other promotions are available for existing members?

Accepted Answer

Sobat 500 offers a range of ongoing promotions for existing members, including: a weekly reload bonus for re-depositing within the week, a Monday daily cashback returning a portion of the previous week's losses, a friend referral bonus when you refer someone new to sign up, monthly slots tournaments with cash prizes, and a VIP programme with exclusive perks such as higher withdrawal limits, priority support, and surprise rewards. Check the Promotions for the latest list.

Question 16

Can I decline or cancel a bonus that has already been credited?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in most cases you can decline a bonus that you have not yet started using. Contact the Sobat 500 support team via live chat before placing any bets with the bonus funds. Once rollover has begun, the bonus cannot be cancelled. Keep in mind that declining a bonus means forfeiting its value entirely. If you prefer not to be bound by rollover requirements at all, you can opt out of receiving a bonus at the time of deposit by informing our support team in advance.

Question 17

My bonus was not credited. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If your bonus has not been credited within 15 minutes of your deposit, first check whether your deposit meets the minimum qualifying amount for the promotion. Also confirm that you are not currently in a self-exclusion or play break period that restricts bonus eligibility. If everything meets the requirements but the bonus is still missing, contact the Sobat 500 support team via live chat with your deposit details – date, amount, payment method, and transaction reference number – and we will resolve it for you.

How do I permanently close or delete my sobat 500 account?

Question 28

What Responsible Gaming tools are available at Sobat 500?

Accepted Answer

sobat 500 provides six key tools: (1) Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits – control how much you can deposit. (2) Loss Limits – set a maximum loss threshold. (3) Session Time Limits – cap the duration of each playing session. (4) Cool-Off – temporarily suspend access for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. (5) Self-Exclusion – close your account for a period ranging from 6 months to permanently. (6) Activity History Review – monitor all account activity. All tools can be activated by you directly. Visit the Responsible Gaming for a complete guide.

Question 29

How do I set a deposit limit on my account?

Accepted Answer

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select the "Responsible Gaming" or "Limits & Controls" section. Choose "Deposit Limits", set your limit amount and period (daily, weekly, or monthly), then click Confirm. Stricter limits take effect immediately. Requests to raise or remove a limit require a 24-hour waiting period — this is an intentional safeguard against impulsive decisions. Check the Responsible Gaming for a step-by-step guide.

Question 30

What is the difference between a play break and self-exclusion?

Accepted Answer

A cool-off is a temporary suspension of account access lasting between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account remains intact and your balance is untouched; you simply cannot log in or play during that period. It is well suited for a short break. Self-exclusion is a more serious option covering longer periods — from 6 months up to permanently. While a self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be accessed and sobat 500 will not send any marketing communications. To request self-exclusion, contact support@sobat500.best. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming.

Question 31

I think I have a gambling problem. Where can I get help?

Accepted Answer

The first step is having the courage to acknowledge it — and that takes real strength. Immediately activate self-exclusion on your sobat 500 account by contacting our support team at support@sobat500.best or via live chat. We will assist you without any judgement. Talk to someone you trust about how you are feeling. Remember, sobat 500 is committed to ensuring our platform does not cause harm to players. Our support team is fluent in Bahasa Melayu and trained to listen and help in situations like this. Visit the Responsible Gaming for more information and self-help tools.

Question 32

Can I withdraw my balance during a play break or self-exclusion period?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in to play, but your balance is fully protected. Contact the sobat 500 support team via email at support@sobat500.best to process your balance withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, or others — in accordance with our standard procedure.
